Per the above guidelines, games will be cancelled if the Air Quality Index is over 100.
A reminder to all coaches!
NO SIGNED ROSTER - NO GAME! NO EXCEPTIONS! If we find out that you play or played a previous game without a signed game roster we will issue a forfeit for every game that was played without them.
This is to protect our players and families on the field. If you don't have the required documents, we do not know that background checks and coaching education has been completed, nor do we know if the players are insured.

1. Log in to your US Sports Connect (Affinity) account by clicking HERE.
2. Click on the Teams tab
3. Click on the Tournament & Schedule Apps subtab
4. Click on the Schedules/Game Scoring link
5. A list of your games will appear on the screen. Click the empty box below Score for the respective game.6. A pop-up window will display on the screen. Enter the scores and/or stats for the game.
7. Click Save Stats & Comment.
8. Scores/ Stats will be saved.
In the event of differing information on the Game Cards:
The system will mark the game as "Contested", C (S) will appear for a contested score and C (C) will appear for a contested card information. At that time, a Tournament/ League Administrator or Referee must enter the correct game information to resolve the conflict.
If you see a discrepancy, please email SWYSA at [email protected] and we will check the referee report for the reported score and update the score in the system.
